Pastor Mike and Phyllis had a vision for Grace Family Church in 2002 after faithfully pastoring another church for 11 years. Their vision is to make the church relevant and meaningful for today's audience. Their passion has always been to share God's life-changing Word and witness the transformation and impact when applied to a person's life. Mike and Phyllis love sharing life together and have four grown children and thirteen grandchildren. Mike has a Ph.D. in Theology and a Doctorate of Ministry from Southwest Seminary.

Pastor Justin joined Grace Family Church staff in March 2012. Prior to joining, Justin was the Worship Director at a church in west Houston. He received his Bachelor's of Business Administration in Management from the University of Houston in 2008 and is also a graduate of the Stamps-Baxter School of Music in Nashville. Justin has been married to Natalie since 2008 and they have two beautiful daughters. He enjoys hunting, fishing, and playing golf. Justin's goal is to challenge us all to experience the presence of God through praise and worship, both corporately and privately. Whether it is an old hymn, a gospel song, or the latest contemporary praise song, Justin is comfortable and able to capture the heart of its praise.

Pastor Jacob and his wife Patty have three beautiful children, Sophia, Landon and Gabby. All are excited to be a part of the Grace Family. In previous roles Jacob has served as an Associate Pastor, Worship Pastor, Teacher and a High School Assistant Principal. He graduated from the University of Houston with his undergrad degree and from Texas A&M-Commerce with a Masters in Educational Administration. Above all he loves discipling students and helping them grow into integral members of the church body.

Pastor Cameron Magee has been active in Grace Family Church's youth group since 2005 having lived in the Spring area all his life. Upon graduating from high school and while attending college, Cameron had a desire to serve and help people. It was during this time that he felt the call from God into ministry and was ordained in 2018. Cameron is passionate about sharing God's word with everyone in a dynamic and applicable way.

Jennifer has always loved children. She has been involved in children's ministry since her early teen years working her way from VBS and nursery care to Co-Nursery Director and Children's Director. She is the Director of KidZone and oversees the Pre-School Director and the Nursery Coordinator.

Katie is married to Sean McKnight and they have two wonderful boys, Jaxon and Jeremiah. Besides being the Ministry Assistant, Katie blesses us with her God given voice as member of the Praise team and she is also the organizer of our Vacation Bible School every summer.

Brenda is married to "Mr. Jim", our beloved Kindergarten teacher, and they have two grown daughters and several grand-kids. She has been an invaluable help to Pastor Mike and to Grace Family Church from it's very beginnings.

Dawn and her family have been members of Grace Family Church since 2009 after moving back to Spring, Texas from Corpus Christi. She has faithfully served in the Children's Ministry as a Sunday School and Vacation Bible School teacher. Dawn has also been a valued member singing on the praise and worship team since 2010. She grew up in Spring and attended Spring High School before earning her Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio. Dawn is married to her wonderful husband and has three amazing sons, Samuel, Ellis, and Oliver. Dawn is proud to serve on staff at Grace Family Church where her late father, David Wright, served as an elder for many years.
