Mike and Phyllis had a vision for Grace Family Church in 2002 after faithfully pastoring another church for 11 years. Their vision is to make the church relevant and meaningful for today's audience.  Their passion has always been to share God's life-changing Word and witness the transformation and impact when applied to a person's life.

Mike and Phyllis love sharing life together and have four grown children and thirteen grandchildren.  Mike has a Th.D. in Theology and a Doctorate of Ministry from Southwest Seminary.

justin & natalie kirtley - worship pastor

Pastor Justin joined Grace Family Church staff in March 2012.  Prior to joining, Justin was the Worship Director at a church in west Houston. Justin is a native of Houston, TX and currently makes his home in Tomball.  He received his Bachelor's of Business Administration degree in Management from the University of Houston in 2008.  He is also a graduate of the Stamps-Baxter School of Music in Nashville.   You can find Justin many weekends singing on stages all over Texas with Gospel Express, a Southern Gospel quartet which Justin has been singing with for the last fifteen years.

Justin has been married to Natalie since 2008 and they now have two beautiful young daughters.  His hobbies include hunting, fishing, and playing golf.  Justin's goal is to challenge those in attendance to experience the presence of God through praise and worship, both corporately and privately.  Whether it is an old hymn, a gospel song, or the latest contemporary praise song, Justin is comfortable and able to capture the heart of its praise.

our deacons

The term deacon comes from the Greek word diákonos meaning servant or minister.  The role or office of deacon was developed in the early church primarily to minister to the physical needs of the members of the body.  Our deacons and deaconesses are faithful servers at our church and are available to help you and pray with you as needed.
